You have..

An existing career in hospitality. Previous front-of-house experience in a management role. A passion for food, beverage and service. A friendly personality with excellent communication skills. The knowledge and ability to train staff, work to a budget and implement efficient management systems.

Have fluent English and the right to legally work in the UK. Proactive, with impeccable attention to detail. - The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
